How much does it cost to rent a photobooth?
You can rent our photobooth from €395 for an afternoon or evening event. The final price may vary depending on extra options such as a backdrop, photo props, light letters, and delivery. You can easily calculate these extras yourself via our online portal.
How long can I rent a photobooth?
You can rent the photobooth for an afternoon or evening event. Would you like to use it for longer? Choose the ‘whole day’ option for an extra €75. We will then make sure the photobooth is delivered in the morning or afternoon.
What is included when renting a photobooth?
Standard inclusions are: unlimited use of the photobooth, creating photo prints, GIFs, boomerangs and videos, a custom design, and receiving all photo prints and videos digitally afterwards.
Can I make unlimited photo prints?
Yes, during the rental period you and your guests can use the photobooth and make photo prints unlimitedly.

Can I have my own design printed on the photo prints?
Yes, we are happy to create a personalised design for the photo strips with names, date, logo or theme.
We can also fully design the photobooth screen to your liking. This allows us to style everything to match an invitation, theme, or corporate identity. You can also provide your own design. For this, we have a document with specifications and templates available, which you can request by email.
How much space is needed for the photobooth?
For the photobooth itself, you need very little space, approximately 1m². Of course, you also need enough room to stand comfortably in front of it, so please allow at least 2m² for the total setup.
Does the photobooth need power?
Yes, a standard power outlet (220V) is required. The outlet must be within a maximum distance of 5 to 6 meters. If the outlet is further away, that is not a problem, but you will need to arrange a suitable extension cord yourself. We take care of the full setup and connection of the photobooth.
Is the photobooth delivered and picked up?
Yes, we take care of the full delivery, installation, and pickup. Through our customer portal, you can provide all details and information in advance. We also always contact the venue by phone 1 to 2 days beforehand to coordinate the delivery and pickup properly. You don’t have to worry about anything.
Do you deliver throughout the Netherlands?
No, we deliver up to 135 km from Oud Gastel. This means we deliver in Zuid-Holland, Noord-Brabant, Utrecht, and part of Noord-Holland, such as Amsterdam and Hilversum. Zeeland is also within our delivery area.
What are the delivery costs?
Up to 100 km from Oud Gastel, delivery is free. Beyond that, we charge €0.35 per kilometer. You can easily calculate this yourself in advance through our online booking system, so you’ll never be faced with unexpected costs afterward.
How big is the backdrop?
Our backdrops are large! Including the stand, they are 2.28 m high and 2.41 m wide. Our backdrops are mounted on a stand, and the photobooth is placed at a maximum distance of 2 meters from it. In addition, all our backdrops are made of fabric and are double-sided.
Can the photobooth be used outdoors?
Yes, that is possible, provided there is a canopy and the photobooth is placed on a paved surface. In addition, the booth must be protected from rain and wind.
