Yes, we take care of the full delivery, setup, and pickup. Through our customer portal, you can provide all details and information in advance. We also always contact the venue by phone 1 to 2 days beforehand to coordinate the delivery and pickup properly. You don’t have to worry about anything.
Do you deliver throughout the Netherlands?
No, we deliver up to 135 km from Oud Gastel. That means we actively deliver in South Holland, North Brabant, Utrecht, and part of North Holland, such as Amsterdam and Hilversum. Zeeland is also within our delivery area.
What are the delivery costs?
Up to 50 km from Oud Gastel, delivery is free. After that, we charge €0.35 per kilometre. You can easily calculate this yourself in advance using our online booking system, so you’ll never be faced with unexpected costs afterwards.
Can the photo booth be used outdoors?
Yes, it can, provided there is a canopy and the photo booth is placed on a solid, paved surface. The booth must also be protected from rain and wind.
Are props included?
No, props are not included as standard. Just like a costume case, these can be added as an extra option.
How quickly are the photos printed?
The photos are printed instantly, within about 10 to 15 seconds.
Can guests share photos directly?
Guests can share photos via email and free SMS. The photos are sent within 24 hours. The photo booth does not have an active internet connection during the event. Would you like real-time sharing, for example for a corporate event? Then please contact us.
What happens in the event of a malfunction?
We provide fast remote support and make sure any issues are resolved as quickly as possible. Do you have any questions in advance? Feel free to contact us.
How far in advance do I need to book?
You can easily check availability yourself through our online system. We do recommend booking in time, especially during busy periods.
Is the photobooth delivered and picked up?
Yes, we take care of the full delivery, installation, and pickup of the photobooth at your location. Through our customer portal, you can easily provide all the details and information for your birthday party in advance.
In addition, we always contact the venue 1 to 2 days in advance to coordinate everything around delivery and pickup properly. That way, you do not have to worry about a thing and can fully enjoy the party.

Including the stand, our backdrops are approximately 2.28 meters high and 2.41 meters wide. For the best result, the photobooth is placed a maximum of 2 meters in front of the backdrop. All backdrops are made of fabric and can be used on both sides.

Yes, that is possible as long as there is a covered area and the photobooth is placed on a solid, paved surface. In addition, the booth must be well protected against rain and strong winds.

No, props are not included as standard. However, you can easily add fun extras such as props or a costume case to make your birthday party even more enjoyable.
